The forum is brilliant - as was noted by a casual poster a matter of days ago.
There has always been a modicum of friction from time to time - remember Mr Jellison?.....remember Terminator arranging to meet up with George and punch his lights out?.....remember JohnG1 leaving us after a tete-a-tete with another member?.....remember....
A quick glance on AMOC tells you that you do NOT want to follow their example

Yeti for what it's worth for the last six months I have enjoyed following the various owners and there car adventures. When I get my car this is the one place I will go to get informed advice. I remember. Not many people have been here since the original early days of PH like you or me, Mr. Yeti. I've noticed these things come and go in waves. In other words, this too shall pass. I must say that compared to many forums I partake in this one is by far one of the most fun. As I said in my thread of the other day the fact that people took the time to help me both by posts and emails means a lot. So I for one think this is a great place
