As my beloved Griffith goes through its enforced rebuild (armco is hard) I might as well upgrade a few things to the last ever Griff spec.
So could anyone tell me will the factory ony supply the later headlights and pods or should I ask for these and is the radiator a new improved version.
My Griff is a hot one and needs a better than standard rad. so should I order an ali one and if so from where. Peninsula per chance?
Anyhting else I should do while it hasn't got a front end?

no need for alloy rads, if you need one then you're producing way more power than std .. all yuo need to do is make sure your rad is a four core version and make sure all the air going into the front of the car goes through the radiator .. I've had great success by just making a few alloy plates to block odd holes here and there in the front of the car which allow air to spill around the radiator rather than going through it ..
.. if you cna get an alooy radiator as part of the insurance repair, or get an upgrade for little money then obviously go for it, but don't replace the rad for the sake of it when they're perfectly ok as std .. as long as they get all the airflow through them
