Insurance claim

I'm a named driver on a policy I had a prang, on the policy I earn my own NCD so would the other driver claim against me or the person who's name is the main driver?

Well, I'm not the main driver on the policy, I'm just a named driver. On the policy, I earn my own NCD. I recently had a prang. Would the other driver involved claim against me or the person who's policy it is?

it will depend completely on the circumstances of the claim and i am not really sure what you are asking for help with, just let the insurance companies deal with it, if the 3rd party is sending paper work to either you or the policy holder directly send them on to your insurer, it's their job to deal with it
