And don't forget to park in the underground by the C&A and leave prior to the parade starting. Then you can drive the route and sign lots of unwitting frenchies posters etc as you go through and they cheer you on :0)

We stay away from the circuit, so we'd have to drive somewhere, so might as well go all the way in to be honest, plus carrying baby etc. it makes life a hell of a lot easier!

5pm?, no doubt as usual will be thoroughly pissed by then!

Have a table booked in the square for lunch and will roll down the hill to admire the cars (and girls wink )

The drivers parade is one of the highlights of the weekend, I've jumped over fences to meet drivers more times than I can remember and trying to avoid Les Bill is a yearly event.

Here's one years' attempt once over the wire...

Le Mans 24 Hour - Audi hat signed by drivers by Martin_Bennett, on Flickr

We invaded the Michelin 'pub' last year and spent the late afternoon dry, under cover and drinking courtesy of a tyre manufacturer trying to explain why my car had continentals....... drinkwobble

It's the pub on the far left (with one loo and long queues!). Same pub we've been to every years for years, and years.

Normally open to the general public but Michelin hired it for a corporate afternoon......which we gate crashed.

Well, they were in 'our' pub and it felt right at the time wink
