You must be easily impressed is all I can say.

Not a total bore - but not that rivetting or exciting - really.

Wasn't the best GP in the world. By no means the worst either. At least they get to race at Suzuka in two weeks. Back to a proper race track, not the contrived crap Mr Tilke seems to come up with

I am not sure if the track was any more boring than the other Tilke layouts, but Martin Brundle wasn't impressed!

How come M Schumacher was not penalised for punting off Klein whilst Coultard did basically the same thing to R Schumacher and the whole incident was investigated?

However why can't Silverstone be as good as Shanghai? (maybe not the circuit layout, but the facilities and design)

So it's true - World Champions do not need to obey the same rules as all the other drivers!

Since the days of Ayrton Senna that has always been my suspicion.

Seems Ralf's enforced break from F1 has made him forget to use his radio. When he was hit by Coulthard he didn't tell the team he was coming in, as Montoya was just abou tto pit too. They pushed his car to one side to do JPM pitstop and Ralf got out, they checked his car over and said it was ok to continue but he didn't want to.

Pizzonia may be back for Japan & Brazil.

Another great GP?

Which one was that then? I did'nt see one anywhere !

Was there another GP in some parallel universe which had lots of overtaking?

Can I go there too?

I can't say I was overly impressed... again. It might have been more enjoyable that some of the others, but then so was root canal work.

The touring cars were better, but it would be nice if they'd learn to drive. James Thompson (among others) should know better than to punt people off rather than overtake fairly.

I was quite impressed with Tom Chilton again. He's really coming on well I reckon.

I was supposed to be in Shanghai for the GP - was in HK at the begining of the week - paddock passes etc !
Had to come back to the UK though - so was feeling a little upset about it - however after watching the race and cheered up a bit - coz it wa dull, dull, dull !

Awful track - the first time you saw a F1 car go round it - you could see that for 80% of the track there was only one line - how bloody obvious can it be !

Tilke has a licience to print money at the moment - any 8yr old with a scalextrics set could design a better track !

I thought it was a great race, mainly because the extra width made the drivers more likely to attempt a ridiculous overtaking move with no space and the inevitable collision. It was like touring cars!!

Speaking of which, why don't they just call it Banger Racing and drop the pretence?
