^^^ smile Yes, it seems to have had an automatic box fitted since that ad, this is the ad from the sellers own website. AJM, tend to agree about interior but would be a change as all my cars so far have had black interiors

thought the Vogue SE had rear entertainment?

i'd say the price is a bit high but don't known about NI prices?

but to describe it as a 'Jeep' would put me off - lol!

the ivory interior is a plus point IF its in pristine condition (i have ivory) makes the interior more 'spacious' - black makes it look like a cave imo

This. Personal preference and all that, but my Rangie had ivory, and now the Disco has Essence of Camel or whatever it's called - makes the interiors much nicer places to be in IMHO. Disco has wood dash, Rangie had dark wood and blue dashtop, though I suspect a black Rangie would get a black dashtop.

at main dealer the other day and had a look at a L405 - everything in black - truly unpleasant to the point of claustrophobia inside - plus it had the 'silly' individual rear seats - only any use if you have a 'driver'

also the leather in the seats seemed very thin? - others have said the Oxford leather circa 2005 was the best - i'd tend to agree

Way overpriced. Far better deals around for the price of cruise.

Why not spend a bit more and get a facelift version?

The No's probably have it

I went to see the car a fortnight ago and I was seriously disappointed - I've heard so many good things abour FFRRs (including from Clarkson) that I was fully expecting to be blown away and buy it there and then. I drive a Q7 at present, the experience of climbing out of it and into a Range Rover can only be likened to climbing into Postman Pat's van. I couldn't believe how much less space there was in the RR compared to the Q7 and how upright the windscreen and dash seemed, it was nearly laughable. I took it for a drive and again was disappointed, the ride wasnt what I was expecting and the engine/acceleration wasn't a patch on the Audi.

Alot of you LR guys won't agree with this but I've made the decision to stick with Q7's - hands up the FFRR would blow a Q7 away off road, but on it theres no comparison as far as I'm concerned *Dons flak jacket and helmet*

I didn't realise Jeep made Range Rovers. I'd always assumed it was Land Rover.

Agreed. Anyone who describes a car as having UNBELIEVABLE SPEC doesn't really know what the spec is.
He also calls it a Jeep.

Also I'd like to see them substantiate their claim it is the highest possible spec.
