Hiya

Looking at an E46 M3 I have been offered at a very good price. It has the Blue coloured interior, not sure I like it, anyone else familiar with this colour?

Any links to a buyers guide would be great, it's manual by the way on 100k

Thank you

E46 M3 guide

Most of the information on M3Cutters^^ is excellent (and UK-centric), but they are all obsessed with CSL reps, angel eye headlights and referring the convertibles as "'verts" [cringe].

Oof thats a fair colour!

I am looking at a topaz blue 52 plate car this week, its got light grey interior.

Lovely car, had a shot of a 350z on monday but i think the m3 will be a much more civilised tool but quicker overall.

Excellent guide. Dont know if its me although m3 owners look after there cars on cutters but far too many of them mess around with after market lights etc which in my opinon ruin the look on the car.

As far as looks go i perfer them how they left the factory.

also does anyone know if CS shocks & springs are different different compared to the oem shock/spring setup.

Thanks

Ah I remember seeing a Phoenix Yellow launch car with Smurf Blue seats.....the dealer I went to had taken it as an extra car as the dealer that was originally allocated it had refused it! And there was a year's waiting list........

As far as I know M3 CS have the same suspension as all 2005 onwards M3 Coupes.

The suspension was mildly changed to reduce understeer.

Though you may want to double check this with a BMW Dealer

I agree OEM looks best

Had a shot in the M3, 2002 car, with 19" csl alloys, and polybush suspender upgrade, seemed very tight, no odd creaks n rattles.

No crashing of suspension, but sleet and 0'C meant i wasnt doing anything daft, amazingly fast though but effortless.

Need to sort out my pennies and decide over the 2 cars.
