How long fo retention document to arrive these days?

Hi all. I submitted paperwork to retain the plate from my car this morning at the Glasgow DVLA office. Has anyone done this recently, and if so, how long did it take?

I know it varies from previous experience, just curious how efficient they are being this quarter! Lol.

Not sure how long they are taking at the moment since still waiting.

Documents handed in to Aberdeen office on 21st March, told 7 to 10 working days, but got nothing back yet

No doubt Easter bank holidays is delaying things

Got all documents through now, new V5, retention, tax disc and authorisation for new plate, so around 10 working days for everything

It made the local news yesterday because its taking so long
