gear box

Hi all,

the problem is that the gear stick is not holding the neutral position. It means that I have to push the stick forward from second gear, push it to the side and than push it to the third gear for example.
I know that sticks are jumping normally back to the middle because of springs in the gear. I would like to prove them. Are they under the stick or are they in the gearbox itself? Another ideas? (the tear stick is spinning as well)
A type of a gearbox would also help me. (It's a 3R)

Could it have come loose. The gear lever mounting is screwed to the tunnel. Mine used to come loose and it wouldn't even get into gear. Remove gear gator and check fixings
