There's a huge historical tie between motoring and art and some amazing pieces of art incorporating both. Wasn't Tim lazenby on here some years ago? I work in the automotive world and there's loads of car designers who draw and paint. Seems cars and art goes together like bum and undies, just not on here. Oh well

I gave up on the lounge many, many years, I'd certainly not post any artwork I'd done in there!I'm not overly bothered, just that I suspect there's an awful lot of people who are interested in art that are also interested in cars. You've only got to see how many art stalls are at things like Goodwood, or any car shows to know that!

Yeah I've put cartoons in Biker Banter and it's been fun but it would be nice to get some hints and tips. I haven't done a picture of Goodwood, I just meant that if you go to any car event there's people selling artwork so I guess there's a fair tie between the two things.
No biggy. Just seems strange that there's stuff like a pets section but not one to discuss art, which has been tied to motoring since day one
