S-Classe

Seriously considering a S-Class, 2009, 2010 model, either 320 CDi or 350 Bluetec, low miles. Whats the difference as their does not seem to be much on the stated figures between these two motors, also whats reliability like??? After 20 years of buying German I got fed up with poor reliability and after sales so bought an XJ D, which by the way has been perfect in every way shape and form, but the miles are racking up now and I am strangely attracted to the S-Class, as long as I dont get the "ello mate, taxi-cab?" jokes from me mates.

I've had two, been faultless. Best car out there in my opinion. 350 will have the newer gadgets, but also will have tardier turbos compared to the 320 CDI. They introduced a bit more lag with the 350 to improve the fuel economy. Drive both and choose.

350buetek I've driven. the ad blue gets changed service time and helps with emissions. Very fast and refined. Lovely car and my father has one and its been reliable

I find the pre 2010 cars much nicer to drive but the reliability on all of mine has been shocking.
