FAO MODS: Not sure which section was best to put this in?

I have a yellow & black Tonka Crane from when i was younger (currently 26).
My toddler (2 1/2 - honestly this is for his benefit not mine).
Loves playing with toy cranes / diggeres that sort of thing, my mum recently found my Tonka crane in the loft & got it out for my toddler to play with, however, the windy handle on the side has gone missing, does anyone have, or know where i can source a windy handle for one? (It's black on the side of the unit).
The Tonka trucks on Ebay are hidesouly expensive as i presume are some kind of collectors item now & didn't really want to buy a whole truck just for the handle as ours, is in good working order if not a little dusty.
Anyone who can point me in the right direction would be an absolute hero!

How big is it? Would an alternative do?

This is the actual crane i have:

You can see the black handle on it, it's currently at home so can't really say on the size of the handle or the fitment.

Is it just the handle or the whole spool/winding mechanism?

Surely you could find something in B&Q or Homebase that would do exactly the same job, maybe with a little modification but much less hassle than trying to source a new one?

Plastic mecanno is still around so if the shaft is protruding from the crane winch you might get away with super gluing a handle on it.Scroll down about 12 items
