Hi im after a set of rear brake shoes for my s3c as mine are near the limit
where can i get a set from any links ebay ect cheers nige.

Can't open link here at work but just make sure they are 2.0 litre Sierra not the 1.3 or 1.6.


(1.6 might be ok but 2.0 to be sure wink)

agree with Philpott above - they are all the same diameter, but the bigger engine models shoes are deeper (front to back) so you need Sierra 2.0 or 2.3D, maybe 1.8, definitely not 1.6.

Just fitted MINTEX MFR 163 they come up on Ebay by searching that part Number

I bought some of these, exactly as described above and they are too small !

What did I do wrong ?

Despite what it says I would hazard a guess they are Mintex 162 for a 1.3 Sierra ?

I fitted my S3 with a set of EBC6324 from Brakes4u.co.uk. Excellent performance. A little expensive at £34 a set including post.
But I think it was worth it.

That's great ! Anyone got any friends with a 1.3 Sierra, who could accept some free brake shoes ?
