I know these are extremely hard to find, but making them seems like a good idea, I am sure there would be many takers. Funny, we seem to be looking harder for more and more Wedge stuff these days. The price we pay for a smiley face.
You mean the OZ wheel centres? Hallsie sent me one a few months ago, I drew it up in CAD but it's another one of those items that to replicate in alloy would work out expensive. Tedious on a manual lathe, piece of cake on a CNC but either way you'd be starting with a big chunk of alloy and throwing a lot of swarf away.
You could probably simplify the design from the plastic one which has reinforcement moulded in that an alloy one wouldn't need.

I am looking for the tool to remove the hub cap, not the hub cap itself.

I know, I was asking beacon if he meant the centres... Tony. TCB.

Apologies, it was not my intention to go off track on this one.
We are talking about the tool to remove the centre caps only !!!!!!!

So what does this tool look like then? I thought the centre caps were just secured with a Torx or hex cap bolt...
It's a bit like a screw driver but rod shaped, that has a flat end, and there is an offset bit that sticks out on the end. Basically you push it into the bolt top on the hub cap and turn anticlockwise to undo. Because there is an offset section on the flat end of the rod it will undo. I had them on my previous Wedges. Now I need one, no one seems to have one. Adam has kindly offered to make one, but I am trying to see if I can get hold of one ready made. Out of all the places I have tried RT have told me they have some on order an will be in in a couple of weeks time. If I get a puncture in the meantime, well, I'll just have to sit and pray for a miracle.Tony. TCB.

So if I follow your description right, all it needs is a screwdriver of suitable diameter with the blade end chopped off, a dollop of weld on the side and filed to shape?Tony. TCB.
