On the whole I have enjoyed ownership so far with my Evoque SD4 Pure (coming up to a year and 13000 miles). I am happy that I went with the Pure and then added the bits onto it that I wanted and still came in below £40k.

I am, however, begining to get a bit p'ed off with some niggles that my local dealership have not yet been able to solve. I would be keen to know if anyone else is having the same experience

My list of issues:
Rubbing between the tailgate and main body resulting in scuffed paint work - fixed with the addition of a plastic panel
Rubbing between the parcel shelf and the trim around the rear windsceen (unbelievably the trim is white plastic with a coating of black)- fixed by replacing the trim around the window and the parcel shelf
Rattle from the dashboard - apparently was not present when road tested though it magically returned when I drove it
Gearbox error warning - This keeps coming on when the car is started but soon goes off. Apparently this does not appear in the diagnostic history
Sat Nav is dreadful - often leads you in the wrong direction or on massively longer routes. An example is on one of the I have done a few times that takes me to Bedford. Firstly there is a point on the journey where if I ignore the sat nav at a junction and take a different road than suggested; the distance and eta drop by 60 miles and over an hour respectively and the road from the M1 into Bedford is not on the map (I know that this is not RR specific but poor none the less.....)
Doors lock when you go to open them - this is a new one
Stability control system failure - this is a new one
iPod connectivity looks like tracks are playing but no sound comes out. By detaching and reattaching the lead several times this solves it (I have tried different devices and different leads).

I bought my pure td4 in March 2012 and sold in march 2013 after only 8000 miles.

Purchased for £29250 and sold for £26750 so thats about 91.5% of my cash back or just over £200 a month to run around in an evoque for a year.

Only niggles i had were a blocked fuel filter after about 6000 miles causing limp home mode and a rattle from the lower centre piece of the dash which i fixed myself.

Nice car, nice place to sit, fairly reasonable mpg, great in the deep snow we had up here however I just didnt fall in love with it so decided to sell up whilst residuals were still good.

Moved onto an octavia vrs estate with a few options and a quite substantial lump off my mortgage.

Mrs Get has had hers for 15 months and done 15k miles. Had no faults at all. To say I'm surprised is an understatement. Good job Hailwood.
