Turtle Beach X11 Headset problem - Xbox

Hi

I have a set of X11 and noticed today on forza I only had game volume coming out the right ear, so I unplugged it and checked it and all wires are in the correct way and everything, I tried it on BO2 and game volume in right ear only. Then I spoke to my friend in a party and I could hear him in both ears and then tried going into a game on BO2 and could hear him in both ears and game volume in right ear only.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I had the opposite. Game out both but speech in one. very annoying.

Ah ok, that sucks, I have been doing a bit of googling this morning and it seems like a common thing that either you can loose game/voice chat in one ear, doesn't seem a way of fixing it.
