Master cylinder and servo?
Discussion
Here we go again..
if the pedal sinks its master cylinder, unless you have a leak, but you should see that (fluid leaking past a seal, corroded pipe, etc).
If the servo is goosed the pedal will be rock solid, but even making the steering wheel taco shaped cos you are pressing so hard, it won't stop. I had my servo pipe fall off so I know what it's like!!
To test the servo it's a spanner less test, pump the pedal without the engine running, until it goes solid, start the engine and the pedal should sink, this is the servo assisting, look for a rubbed through pipe first.
