Hi all

finally got the chassis all back together today (was a proud moment - even had a peacock walk past and admire it just to seal the cliché!)

Just one thing though - there does appear to be quite a big gap where the the upper rear wishbones meet the chassis and the bush.

I don't think It's down to something I've forgotten as this particular bush in the powerflex range is bigger than all the rest (with a bigger core and it only has 2 chunky plastic washers at either end. Any tips?

It looks as if it is sat on the metal washer that is part of the bush which is fine, If there is a gap you may need to pack it with another plastic washer - if I remember correctly there are thin and thick washers as part of the kit.

There are other washers but they are too small to go over the metal centre. I might have a look around and see if I can source something that will fit!

I had a similar issue with the plastic washers on the rear upper wishbone, just file the hole in a standard plastic washer bigger

I have just fitted mine and noticed same problem, planning to enlarge one of the other white washers to fill the gap, surprised powerflex haven,t provided extra of correct size considering the price. (more grease sachet,s would have been nice as well)

very kind offer sir but I have a few in the kit left over so will just enlarge the hole in a few to pad it out.

Cheers
