Position for window mount

I'm in the process of sorting a dodgy window seal / poorly aligned passenger window. I've got the glass out now and I have a sneaky suspicion that the mount attached to the glass may be slightly out of position.
Does anyone know the measurements for where the mount should be attached to the bottom of the window?
