A84 new roadhouse

If anyone's organising a drive up this way (Callander/Lochearnhead/Killin/Glencoe etc), the old (and entirely unmissed) Kings House hotel on the A84 at Balquhidder has just reopened as Mhor 84, under the management of the Lewis family, who own the Monachyle Mhor hotel/tearoom/etc etc... We went down there last Monday for dinner and were well impressed with the place, the food and the attitude. The only thing I have suggested they change is the kerb into the car park, otherwise anything GT3ish or lower without the lifting option will ground out. Strongly recommended on the basis of that first visit and the quality of all the other Mhor enterprises.
