oh, they have got a lot better at not returning phone calls.

and their staff turnover seems pretty healthy too...

Please explain. As we're talking about my 'local' I'd like to know if it's anything I need to know about - if you know what I mean!
I wish I could get to grips with this English nonsense!

I ordered a booster cushion for my Tam what now seems to be around 1856, Feb,before the Crimean war if memory serves, assume it is MIA
They did, however send me some windscreen rubber surround pretty darn quick, to give this some balance

well, in a particular companies favour (no names), they do have a nice website, but unfortunately managed to send the wrong parts, overcharge and be difficult to get in touch with.

I realise this might be against the rules, but I do wish I could have found this out earlier as others seem to have had similar experiences. I have no wish to unfairly slur people, as reputation is a hard won thing.

Tim from ACT is now sorting things out for me, has been pleasant to deal with, happy to help, and knowledgeable.

update. Today the company have turned things around and I am suitably impressed. Genuine concern as to the problems that had previously occured and a resolution quickly sorted.

Credit where credit is due. Stirling effort and restored faith in them.
