My group is all paid up, tickets received BUT we have another potential member that may join us. Question is, can he turn up and simply purchase a BSJ camping pass and GE ticket upon arrival?
The yellow campsites (incl. Beausejour) seem to be always available at the rotonde, but cannot garantee that 100%. Entrance tickets are unlimited available.
BJ camping tickets are still available from the ACO or from nadine at the tourist office, no mark up from ticket price you can get GE's from there or get them when you arrive, never known BJ campsite tickets not available when you get there but you have plenty of time to order them
There is also ticket offices at the entrance to BSJ which sell GE. Whilst I don't actually know, I would not be at all surprised if they also sold some remaining BSJ camping tickets there as well.
The ticket office at the entrance of the BSJ site has never sold out of camping tickets in all the years I have been going there. In fact it seems normal for the French just to turn up and pay rather than book ahead.
Two years ago you could easily get tickets for BSJ on the Friday.
We have almost almost always bought GE tickets when there although I bought them through ACO for this year with a car park ticket as we are camping off site.
