I was worrying once because I got out of the gridlocked M25 onto a slip road (for the M3 I think), put my foot down and then remembered the variable limit as I saw the gantry camera over the slip road...

I thought that the newly installed gantry-mounted ones were now working? And that the average speed ones at the bridge were on too? Just gossip?

The ones at the bridge will be outside of HA control?
