Quick have this! smile

My missus worked on the reception of Capital Radio in the early '80s and met all the 'stars'. She said Kate was tiny, gypsy-like and smoked like a chimney. hehe

From time to time I send the odd current picture of Debbie Harry to my brother just to help his day along for the same reason.

Holy moly. Not even saved by what appears to be a decent set of chebs.

You've made the baby Jesus cry this time, Soov. I hope you're proud.

Is Kate the one on the left?. wink

Two others from my youth that don't quite do it for me anymore:

Kim Wilde and Sinead O'Conner. I saw Kim at a gargen centre a few years ago and any thoughts of a her squeezed into a tight pair of jeans back in the 80s was gone. frown Sinead was on TV recently and hasn't aged well...I thought she was gorgeous in the video for nothing compares to you. I consider her more frightening than gorgeous thesdays.

Still, I don't think I'm quite as trim as I was in my prime either...

I don't know, that song about her washing machine was invigorating, best 3 minutes of my fking life.

I love Kate Bush's earlier music but every so often she'd do a song, that made you question her mental stability and then those questionable songs got more common. Then her last album was just plain weird and made me wonder if she'd gone of the rails completely, I mean seriously, a song about a washing machine, when her early music had lyrics that rivalled poetry???

I quite liked it. hehe

Think I only bought that album for King of the Mountain though, which still sends shivers down my spine. smile

She's 54 and looks great. Do you or your partners look the same as you did 35 years ago? If yes post pictures to prove it!!
Her last few albums have had a couple of stunning songs on them, what other artist can do that after such a long career?. Aerial is a great album, well worth a listen..
