Can anyone recommend a Honda specialist in Manchester area?

As the title says really.

I have a problem with my 07 FN2 Civic. When I go from lock to lock the steering makes a groaning sound as if it's low on power steering fluid. I believe this model of Civic has electric power steering. It's only started to do it over the last couple of weeks.
