agency owes me money

I done some work for an agency about a month ago now,they've been paid but I've not,I ring a few times a week and get ill look into it and call you back and never do.
If they've been paid someone told me that its illegal for them to keep my money,I'm giving them one more chance this friday to have it paid in,there a big agency so I see no problem for this,I was also owed money from a november job but after nearly 2months of trying to get it back I gave up as they said they had sorted it but it never was and I'm not letting it go.
If its not in on friday should I go to the office (local) and demand them to sort it out then,thanks for any help .russ

Are you sure they understand what you are saying to them?

Have you got copies of time sheets etc that form the basis for your claim that you were underpaid?
