Stripes are ok done correctly on the right car IMO.

agree entirely with Mike.

I'm not adverse to stickers, as some may have seen in the past, but i don't think the item in the OP works (imho)

It needs careful planning, maybe one of those "Virtual" computer programs or the PS games where you can add modifications, and then view from 360 degrees.
I seem to remember someone on Pistonheads found a game with an "S" as a vehicle choice.
I must get my son to look it out, these things are beyond me these days.

Well thanks Mike, theres my evening entertainment as I plan the respray features.
I started spraying the drivers side (for real ) with satin black, and it actually looks fairly good, but seems a bit dark so maybe stripes will brighten it.
Or a red nose cone and stripe along the bonnet and boot, like a lotus?
Maybe too radical, I will see whatever later.

GT5 on the PS3 you can add spoilers but not stripes Iirc.

Yep - GT5. I'm not aware you can add stripes, but you can certainly change colours, wheels and add spoilers and bits. Here's the evidence.

Just that obviously if this were a real race an s1 would be in the lead, or I suppose just in shot behind comeing up to lap the v8s

I'm sorry Steve, I just don't like it and I still don't understand why???? I saw a chimp with a carbon wrap bonnet the other day, I really liked that maybe its down to colour combo ? Or maybe its full on like the racing s above or nothing ?

I put some on mine for Le Mans 2008. "Stickering up" is part of the fun of that event although I wouldn't want them on all of the time

Though I would resurrect this as I have been working on an idea...

My wife thinks the TVR is too in-your-face to drive in and thought a Lotus would be more subtle...it gave me an idea as I liked the old Lotus colours and fancied a change...I think it was worth 15 quid of vinyl




..but my wife thinks it is more mad than before...Result!
