New 'cookies' notice causing a problem.

Have you guys just put up a notice about cookies? I've just had it appear at the top of my browser window and it doesn't appear to work well with the advertising banner up there.

It appear everytime you enter a new thread regardless of whether you've clicked continue or not

I was wondering if it was some kind of hack, click continue for your free virus.

I click Continue and it goes away.

Next page it is back.
