1994 celica engine bay help

So basically my mates celica was hit the other night and the person drive off leaving my mates celica in a right state . So basically were fixing this now but need to replace a part and have no idea what it would be called to find one, sorry about this guys I'm still learning. We need the bar that the headlights are attached to as shown below, it's the bar with the headlight attached to that's missing paint .

Lots of specialist breakers on there with bits for gen 6 celicas
