Does anyone know this car?

I am very interested in this car and feel it could be a good buy. I have spoken to the owner and all appears to be genuine. My only hesitation is I am located nearly 200 miles away from the seller so I do not to risk wasting my time if its not a good car, so I wondered if any one knows the car in question! Thank you

Sorry don't know anything about the car but it certainly looks good in the ad. I'd say if you are serious you should take the chance.

Well worth a look. I'd check one out same age same money closer to home. That looks as good as you'll get for that money.

as above, chassis refurb, engine rebuild, 500 wheels and brakes, battery in boot. Interior looks in good nick. I wouldn't be put off by mileage.
looks very good value. Be suprised if up for sale long.

Actually now I have looked at the pictures in detail it looks cracking value.
also states power as 280 bhp , 4L 240, 4L Hc 275, 4.5 285 and 5.0 320 (TVR figures)

did seller mention engine mods or what size it is? Again wouldn't look too much into it, just interested.

Looks good. Price maybe reflects where it is, they seem to be cheaper the further north you go. I'd would get over there and buy it before somebody else does.

You're right to be cautious but good ones sell fast, so you can't fanny about too much.

The car is a 4.0hc. It certainly seems a bargain I think the two things that put me off is the 400 mile round trip and I am yet to sell my car! Thank you for the replies!

i beleive it's sleeved also! and can blow away a 4.0hc serpantine, really nice low level popping over-run also!
