Yep, sadly Bahrain isn't generally a great race.

I don't understand why you'd watch it if it clearly does not appeal to you.

I'm a lifelong F1 fan, watch every race and have even been to Bahrain to watch the F1 - it's a boring track that generally produces a boring race. I'll still be watching, most likely snoozing through parts of it.

There's enough to appeal to an F1 fan without the race actually being any good.

I think you're wrong about your selected third placing, I believe Vettel has a strong chance of a podium, probably third at best...

Do hope both the McLaren and Mercedes cars become better with their race pace so are able to mix it with the Lotus, Ferraris and RBs. Progress is being made by both teams but, painfully slow. As Ross Brawn reminded Hamilton soon after he crossed the finish line on Sunday, there is still work to do but, they're getting there.

I expect the rest will not see which way the Ferraris go. Based on the form which is emerging after three races, they appear to have a lot in hand. Had Alonso, by his own admission not collided with Vettel's car in Malaysia soon after the start resulting in a DNF, I'd bet money he would finish in front of both RBs in Malaysia, as he did in Australia. Oh I nearly forgot, I did have a few quid on him in Malaysia.
