Where is the fuel pump located in the Tuscan, I think I might have to replace it. Fuel pump not making noise as it should fuel pump relay and fuse ok. Is there anything else I should be checking?

It is a few years since I had my Tuscan but I seem to remember it is under the rear nearside wheel arch along with the fuel filter.

The pump only runs when you start cranking the engine and with the engine running. When you first turn the ignition on without out cranking you will hear the pump prime for a few seconds and stop. This is normal.

Have you checked the fuel cut off located under the carpet in the boot, IIRC on the Mk1?

Fuel pumps are not likely to fail. Check for power at the pump connectors when ignition/alarm switched.
