BB - Do you know the car? It looks better in the flesh. Also, it just looked right! You know how you get that feeling when looking at a used car? Time will tell if I've got a good'un. Only the third or fouth car I looked at too!

As for my previously owned list. You have to try them all! Don't you? SSSsshhh, the missus is coming!

Thanks all. Got the car home OK this evening no problem. First impressions taken from a 100 mile journey, rush hour, drizzle but nice mix of roads!


Very comfortable, much more so than expected.

Quick, not brutal like the Ultima, but plenty for now Never felt it wanted to light up the rears as the Ultima would, any gear, small throttle openings!

Nice steering (non PAS) a little heavy at parking but loads of info once moving. Tramlines a little, no more than I expected tho'.

Great sounds! Not too loud to be wearing on a journey. Would be better with the roof off.



Just need a half decent weekend now to go for a proper blast!

Just posted...not another pick mine up tomorrow thread as well as I pick up my Tuscan S tomorrow. Best wishes to you with your Griff, I had 8 good years with mine and I will no doubt see you at Hampshire events.

Very, very nice! I noticed that one myself and thought that it did look superb. I'm toying with the idea of getting a Griffith 500 myself (after years of Caterhams)! Still sorely tempted, especially after seeing the pics of yours but must drive one first though.

Thanks for the replies folks. I have found one problem with the S/S dash! It reflects the sun some thing awful if it's straight behind you low in the sky
