It is a front clip, and it is for an M400 light cluster, which I have started making moulds for a slight redesign using same lights and shape but with different mounting and in carbon :-)

Oh and it will be entirelly lacquered!

I'm only changing parts I don't like, I'm not keen the rossion boby mods anyhow.

Btw this is the first front clip I have made, it was rear clip I made a while back.
I will now be remaking the rear clip so the carbon weave matches the rest of the car :-)

Can't wait to see this when it's finally complete!

Any chance it's liable to head up into the east anglia region this year?

did you vented the wheel well? Is there any specific reason why you didnt take the opportunity to add a gurney flap in front of the radiator exhaust opening (a bit like what Peter Brock did on the cobra daytona coupe)?

Im going to make a detachable gurney flap, thought hard about it and it would have made laying up the clip too difficult and potentially reduce the strength in that area.

im venting the wheel arch along the side of the car, ones on top of the wheel can throw a lot of water onto the screen, and I just didnt want to take the risk especially as I already had an air exit (all be it less efficient).

I trial fitted the clip over lunch with the help of a few blocks of wood and then had 3 hours of conference calls were I managed to multi task and take some pics... Ive still not cleaned it up so it has shut lines and release agent lines all over it but it was shiney and I couldnt resist smile

Andy, looks cracking, well done.
See you got the weave centered and lined up well.
