Web designers, SEO specialists, graphic designers wanted

I run a marketing company and use freelancers to do the design, web design and PPC etc. but I am too restricted by their specialisations and want to add a few more to my portfolio, ideally not ones from miles away but in the Surrey/Hants area.

Primarily I am looking for a:

'Mid level' web designer - I have one who can do the low cost stuff and one who does the v/expensive sites but no-one inbetween.

A PPC specialist

An SEO specialist

1-2 more graphic designers

Can anyone help/recommend someone/some people?
