There were some earlier posts from people who had recently gone to Michelin PS2 and just wondered whether the consensus was still good now some more miles will have been covered. Also have any users experimented with pressures.

very happy indeed.

As for experimenting with pressures, only when I forget to check them for a long time...

For me they seem to be wearing very well, and I feel more confident in them in all situations than I felt with the Bridgestones. Quieter, smoother, and more grip. A very happy customer.

Do they do PS3's for the vantage?

Bit of discussion about this on the JLC trip... As a possoble repacement tyre for Corsas that were a bit better in all weathers.

The standard Pirelli P Zeroes (as per DBS) had huge amounts of grip on the cold wet roads and plenty in the dry as well. However reports seem to suggest the Michelins have this and more... Anyone gone from Zeroes to Michelins?

PS3 are actually a poorer performing tyre than the PS2.

The replacement for the PS2 is the Michelin Supersport. I had a set of these on my M3 CSL and will be fitting a set to my V8V when the current Bridgestones wear out.

I've driven a car with Corsa's (on cold road), and have bridgestones on mine, where do the PS2's fit in?

Not a V8V obviously but the PS2's on the front of my 9 are bloody brilliant, confidence inspiring and much more chuck able!

Hi

I put Pilot Super Sports on my V8V about 5k ago and am not going back to Bridgestones. The biggest difference is the refinement, tyre noise at a cruise has all but gone, difficult to say about wear after just 5k, but they still look like new, wet grip is a big improvement and dry grip I find it difficult to say what their limit is - they just hang on for all I ask of them...

Does it invalidate the AM Warranty if you put different tyre's on i.e. Michelin?
