Cost of having front resprayed?
Discussion
What you're asking is a bit like asking how long is a piece of string.
Some will say something like I had my bonnet done for £100 and I'm more than happy with the job.
But those in the trade that know they turn out good jobs would easily expect to charge triple that.
Then for a good colour match you'd probably also need the bumper done and the wings blown in.
Again those in the trade that know they do good work - to do a bonnet, bumper, valence and blow in the wings could be asking £700+ (and for a concourse job the sky's the limit)
But others will say they could get a good job done by an 'In a Shed Sprayer' for £300.
The best thing to do is to visit some bodyshops, explain your expectations, ask questions and view their work. Don't feel embarrassed to re-visit the same shops to ask further questions - then go with the one that gives you the most confidence for the price you're willing to pay.

I'm not worried about the anti-corrosion warranty as I doubt I'll keep it too much longer anyway.
The reason I ask is because there is an excellent bodyshop near me which I've used in the past when my IS-F was scraped in a car park. It was only a small area (4" x 5") to the front of the offside front wing but they charged me £400 to repair. So I was just trying to get an idea of what to expect for a much larger area, albeit on a different car, which does not have pearlescent paint like the IS-F.
I was not unhappy with the job as it was completely unnoticeable. I'm just seeking a reference point.

£400 does sound a bit steep - but it may be that although it was only small area they had to blend into the door and bumper - hence £400 for what was initially a small scuff.
Working on the assumption that I'm correct on your previous repair and that your current job needs bonnet, valance, bumper and wings blow in I'd have a guess that they'll cost it at about £800 - which isn't too bad if you know you're going to get a good job.
