P38 Indicators playing up.

On my way home from work tonight, I thought I'd forgotten to cancel my LH indicator.
However, it happened again at the next junction and it would appear that the LH indicator seems to be staying on, until I pull back the stalk (flash the lights), which cancels it.
Anyone else had a similar problem? Is it a new stalk or something more?
