BBWF 2013 Technical Talks
Discussion
Please feel free to add a technical talk below if you have done any interesting stuff to your wedge and can tell us all about it!
Back by popular demand I'll be doing a demonstration of how to resolder the circuit boards on the 4CU.
If anyone has a dodgy 4CU they want doing then bring it along and I'll do yours instead of my own spare (or, at least, one side of it).
I may also do a presentation on the general workings of the EFI system which will hopefully help people stick with it and diagnose problems easier.

Maybe we can persuade Ian (Wedg1e) to show us how to service the pop up headlights?

Would any tech talks be available on pdf or youtube for those that cant get to the fest? The talks sound really good and I promise to go to 2014 as well.
Thats not a bad idea...A video could be a good option..But only if you swear on the bible to come to next year's BBWF..The wedge bible that is...
Also if someone can show how to get windows working well
then it would be worth a few beer tokens for them to look at mine
I can WD it and silicon wotsit it til it flys up and down like the Red Arrows
then the next time I use it it is like a Chimp driver on a run out(ie very slow!!!)

I have 2 ECU's at the moment, 1 which is a standard one, and the other which has the adjustable knob (I knew you'd like that bit) and Im more than happy for you to have the top off of them (and that bit) to compare.
Also, not so much 'technical talks' but Ill have a boot ful of tools as usuall, and may be able to do simple things like window motor playing and lift motor adjustment, depending on the wife being suitably entertained (not you dickie!!) in the SPA area!!
