Hi Mate..There has been numerous threads relating to this..A lot of the time the actual box that houses the blower unit leak's like a bh on heat...So a silicone re-seal and replacement of any gaskets or seals will do a much better job...unless the motor is knackered but then they could be refurbed or replaced with various options...I'll see if i can find the right said threads..And not the right said fred's...hehe

The whole design, not just the blower is pants.

Sucks in hot air from the engine bay for one.

My wife blows more hot air than the blower.

Start again:

I'm intending to use this guys highest CFM rated blower fan with the highest heat output AND importantly cold air feed.

2013 Wedge heater system MK2.

Phil

Thanks for the reply. OK had a look and made sense. Soooooo who can I get to fit this in Essex, preferably nearer to Colchester the better. Been looking on the net today for a suitable garage with improv skills but struggling.

Phil are you going for the 8.6kW Camper van one? Should keep you nice and toasty...

I found my 400SX one has been pretty good. However it seems a little less output now that when I first got it so maybe it needs a backflush.

It must be said though that the air flow and ducting on the standard Tiv airboxes are pretty iffy, and I have seen a reingineered one for a tasmin hardtop that really cleared the windscreen properly, which used the original heater matrix.
