Is there anyone on here going? It's my first time at blyton, is there any thing I different here compared to other tracks I need to know? My GT3 is quite loud, I measured it at 102 db with my iPhone so I should be ok with the 105 db limit.

Yes, I will be there! The track looks quite narrow and twisty so I can't see tyre pressures moving too much.

Are you in the premier inn on Friday night?

I was at Blyton on the 10th. It maight be a short track but my tyre temperatures went up one hell of a lot because ou are cornering most of the time. The esses especially are great fun if you have the bottle to really push it.

Would have liked to come along but I've got to go to Northampton for the rugby.

There's plenty of run off in most areas, just be careful on the left hander before the straight and the exit to the chicane.

Have fun, I'm sure you will.

Just got back from a fantastic day! What a great track with lots of challenges to it but nice and smooth.

My car behaved impeccably with the exception of the brake sensor warning light coming on. Looks like I need new front pads. Also, the OS exhaust tip fell off due to a broken clamp. Luckily a Marshall found it and returned it to me, i am just thankful that it didn't hit another car.

Many thanks to TIPEC for organising.

I came down and watched for an hour or so.. I don't have a Porsche but I'm a long time fan - keep on finding excuses to consider a 996/968 in the next year. Some very nice cars turned out; the black 944 Turbo on Cups was rather quick. Surprised not to see any Boxsters though!

Did the Evora go on track?

I've just got home from a fantastic day thrashing my GT3 round blyton park. Very well organised, great circuit and an awsome car. I also had half a hour of brilliant driving instruction from a racing driver for free.

A friend, Simon, was there doing laps in his 987 Boxster. I believe that the Evora belongs to the owner of the track and I didn't see it go on track. But then, it was a Porsche only day and the only exceptions were an Audi and a McLaren granted by the club president.

I thought it went very well yesterday, great behaviour on track, chilled and friendly in the paddock and plenty of nice cars about.

Your GT3 sounded excellent at Blyton...
First time I've been and very much enjoyed the day, certainly looking at going again as I found it a great place to learn about the car.
