Assistance needed to finish off kit car

Hey everyone,
I recently acquired a Pontiac fiero based Ferrari 308 replica that needs some finish off done to it (body work & inside a bit tatty, boot doesn't lock, temperamental electricals, needs mirrors and exhaust manifold to be fitted, etc). I am also considering an engine swap.
Would anyone know of a good contact to recommend in order to get these type of things sorted? I am based in London but happy to get the car tailored to wherever needed if worth it.
Ideally I am looking for someone who would be prepared to do the work either professionally or during their spare time - which I would obviously remunerate - as I am not under pressure timewide and keen to get the work done by someome who cares to a good standard rather than a workshop working against the clock to maximise profit.

A personal friend, with his own garage business, and a keen kit car builder, he's doing one from scratch at the moment to suit his lanky frame, and he could trailor your car too.

Obviously he comes with my recommendation, and he does all but the very specialist parts of maintaining my families cars.
