Hi

D&C Trim back at the factory they do the best!

They were the lads who fitted it when the car was new so they know the best way to fit it and do a great job at a fair price!

He may give you a price but they will only do what you ask and pay for! The price for a roof will be around £700!

Do you know if that includes recovering the hard top and all new rubbers as that sounds pretty good to me as have been quoted less but by lesser known fitters and I quite fancy taking it back to the factory !

thanks

Hi

As far as I no thats the full job ref the roof!

With regard to the rubbers I should imagine the roof panel rubbers would be included. But the rubber around the door opening up and over the screen etc is properly extra.

Just contact them next week and see what they say!

Its Done !!!

The Growler is booked in with Chris at D & C as he can do it beginning of May - YESSSSSSSSSS

I also bought the douglas valley roof struts and after I have cleaned them they will be fitted at the same time the roof is changed and that will be easier to do as I got carried away and decided to change the carpets at the same time !!!

Makes sense to me anyhow just don't tell SWMBO !!

So a bit of fettling and the old girl is coming together at last

Now must go earn some pennies !!

Thanks all

Ty

No they are not a straight swap the chim struts are approx 1/4" biggar need to enlarge hole on boot side and fit with penny washers.
