I think your best bet is to visit a few dealers and see whats the best they can offer. I went in initially asking for 14% off list price/optional extras/service pack on a factory order. Obviously if it's in stock you might get a better deal. After a few weeks to think about it they also knocked off an extra £700 'if I signed today!' Total discount came to around £11350.
Very roughly if the car you buy is around £76k (inc extras), you get a discount of around £11k, put £11k deposit in, then 47 payments will be around the £600 mark, with a gfv of around £26k, (these figures are very rough estimates!)

Just checked and they only have the M3 convertible at 425+VAT/month on the same deal.
