The problems seem to get worse. Not only have the inlet manifold cracked but the nearside cam shaft has run it's front bearing AGAIN!!!!!!.I have got to go into the dealership tomorrow to have a meeting with the owner. The car is at a different garage having the work done, trouble is the more they look into the car the more crappy bit's they seem to find.I think were up to 92 days off the road at the momment since last November. Some how i can't see this Cerbera passing away with old age,i will have put a match to it long before then!.
WELL THE CAR LOOKS AWESOME DEFINETLY THE BEST CERBERA I HAVE EVER SEEN. WHAT SHADE OF BLUE DO THEY CALL IT ???? IS IT RAPTER BLUE OR VIPER ?

Sorry to hijack the thread but Buster have you sold your car yet, if not we should meet up I'm about 10 mins (in the Cerb) from you and mine's now on the road after a mega service(Hydratrak replacement). Tipton is where I'm going for the next service.
Sold to raise funds for house move
It was the Cerb or the Datapost (& that can't be replaced). Managed to enjoy 12 mths Cerb ownership without bank breaking repairs. There was always that nagging doubt in the back of your head that sooner or later it would end up costing you.....
Also sold the Golf and put part of the funds raised from both car sales into the purchase of a 944 S2 as everyday transport. Picking up from Tipton after a waterpump replacement and cambelt/idler pulley change.

Buster4.2,that wouldn't be the red Porsche in the Tipton garage the one with the valeter working like a mad man this morning to get it clean!!!!.Didn't you use to own an Elise and a Scooby Doo?.
That's the one. Yes used to own an Elise & a Scooby.
Elise was great, but needed something more practical. Scooby lasted 3 months before I had to sell - it was just sooooo boring and attracted every Nova in a 10 mile radius.
Picked up the S2 from Steve's house last night, so didn't get the chance to see your car. Valeter did a great job & can highly recommend him.

I couldn't believe the valeter actually brought his own water and electric with him!.I was stood with Steve outside when the valeter started a generater up in his van,Steve said to me 'why doesn't he just plug his vac into the socket on the wall?',sad isn't it.
My car is going to be at the Tipton garage i would have thought for at least a couple more week's,so if you've got the chance go and have a look.
The Rapter is fine thanks for asking (all 450bhp
of it). You'll never see anything with attitude
as bad unless you lock Dog in a garage with it !

No disrespect to main dealers, but these guys know their stuff. I'm popping down to Tipton tonight so will have a peek while I'm there.
