Alice In Chains, New Material, New Album, anyone else looking forward to it?

Having recently heard the new song by Alice in Chains on Planet Rock, I'm starting to get rather excited by the new album due in the not too distant future! Anyone else planning on obtaining it?

I will probably buy it , really good sound at the moment coming from AIC however i still love their layne stuff tho

I hadn't heard they had new material coming out. Im a huge fan of AiC, dirt and unplugged being my favs. I was pleasantly surprised by their newest album with William DuVall. I take it he's still with the band and on the new album?

Big fan myself too. Obviously hard not to compare with their old stuff but will definately have a listen before writing it off or praising. Sean Kinney is a super, under-rated drummer IMO

I too am a big fan of the Layne Staley AIC, but I do think William Duval has dropped very nicely into AIC, I believe he's on the new album. I'd be interested to here his version of the classics, roll on the UK tour to promote the new album

Really looking forward to the new album. Layne era AIC will always have a place in my heart, but really happy that the band is continuing on and really like Black Gives Way to Blue.

First saw them back in March 1991 accidentally when they were a support act and they completely blew me away.
