Small dial bulbs

The combined oil/temp dial on my Cerb seems to be only lit from one side, i.e not uniformly. Is this normal?

The clock and fuel are uniformly lit - do they have 2 bulbs per dial?

I know Tiv illumination can be a bit peculiar - the rev counter on my Chim was always brighter than the speedo.

Should I live with it or is a bulb gone?
