Hi,

Looking for a BAM engine code for Audi S3 20v (2003).
Got some quotes from a couple of breakers via 1st choice website;
1. Motors in Motion (NOTTS)
2. Elite Auto Services (BUCKS)
3. Engines First LTD (NORFOLK)

Has anyone had any dealings with these breakers/engine refurb guys? Are they reliable?

Last question, if nobody has had dealings with them, does anyone know a reliable place to locate this engine? As usual looking for low mileage, well serviced genuine engine (seems simple right smile)

Thanks,
Eoghan

Haven't tried any of them but I've had good experiences with 365Engines.co.uk I've bought loads of R32 bits (VW, not Nissan, lol) from them and they've all arrived very quickly, very well wrapped and worked perfectly. They generally have quite a lot of VAG engines and parts.

Thanks for the information. In the end I went with Motors in Motion Ltd. Looking them up on VAG and other forums there seemed to be some good feedback (not regarding engines specifically but gearboxes, clutches, injectors etc).

I will update with details once the car is back on the road (hopefully soon smile)
