New Zealand Bill To Allow PARTY PILL Testing On Animals.

Utterly ridiculous, as is any testing on animals obviously. They initially wanted to test on dogs, giving them repeated doses until it finally resulted in death!

Basically I think the petition has until today to reach it's target. Any help would be great.
