Bird deposit - lacquer effected
Discussion
I am sure this must have been mentioned before, but search didn't yield anything specific.
I am after some advice. I had a rather large deposit from a bird (flying type!) on my front bumper. Following cleaning the car, the lacquer underneath is no longer totally smooth and you can see the effect in the light.
I have tried paint cleaner, t-cut and polish to zero effect. My next line would be some hard buffing in the heat (if we ever get any) but I was wondering if anyone has any better ideas?

Daughter has a metallic black SEAT Ibiza and that had a huge splodge across the bonnet which left a faded area. T-Cut didn't seem to make an impression, but Autoglym Paint Renovator got rid of it easily.
Compared to T-Cut, the AutoGlym stuff felt much more aggressive though, and was a bit scary to use. I'd be wary of rubbing too hard on edges etc.
